Chesterton Trail Activities

Looking for ways to keep your little people occupied this Easter Holidays? Here are a few ways you can use the trail. Get in touch with your own ideas, we may share them here.

Walk around the trail

Use the map to plan a walk or several walks to spot all the eggs you can! This might be best toward the end of the week when there are more eggs to see.

.

Quickest time

Let us know your quickest time and method (i.e. running/walking/scooting) and we can record the quickest times round the route.

Join in!

Use the other displays to inspire your own Easter/Spring based art work. You can also use print out free images or use the egg templates. Share your display on social media #chestertontrail or add your Easter Eggs or the ones you find to the map!

Hop little bunny hop hop hop...

Send us your videos by email or social media #chestertonTrail (make sure you have permission if you are under 16) of you being the easter bunny, or talking about your favourite window or just your best hop!

Certificate Time

Do your little walkers like a reward at the end of a trail? Why not give a certificate or even an Easter egg?

Mapping practice

For older children, why not encourage them to plan the most efficient route? Have a look at the Chesterton Trail map and think about where and when you want to go.
